Jan Grant

'I believe that all of us arrive at adulthood with some helpful patterns of behaviour and some unhelpful ones. Counselling gives you a safe place to explore those patterns and make changes to the ones that no longer work for you. You can then become the person you want to be.' - Jan

Glenys Anderson

'Before discovering Imago Relationship Therapy, I was counselling couples using older, traditional methods. After training in Imago Relationship Therapy, I discovered a wonderful new way to connect couples and teach them skills they could continue to use themselves at home.  It was an exciting discovery.

Couples I work with find they can connect and communicate after a few sessions.  Instead of bickering and arguing, they learn to listen and validate each other.' - Glenys

Melissa Neve

‘Couples work is not rocket science, but it is certainly brain science. If couples can understand how and why they trigger their partner and in, turn how and why they are triggered by their partner and then get on the same team against their unique pattern of reactivity, then they are well along the road to turning things around in their relationship’.
